The first Presbyterian Church was established
early in Nunda's History, so the records of the Church may be
of interest to historians and family researchers. The following
information was provided by the Presbyterian Historical Society
of Philadelphia PA in a letter to Mrs. Hope DePuy. We thank Mrs.
DePuy for sharing the information with us and for the work she
had done in compiling the history of the Presbyterian Church in
Nunda.

"All four manuscript volumes have been microfilmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah (GSU) and are available through the Family History Centers of the Church of Jesus Crist of Latter-Day Saints. Should an inquiring genealogist wish to refer to these volumes, there is no need for them to come to Philadelphia. The can go to the GSU through their website, www.familysearch.org, where they can located the FHC nearest them."
"There are additional materials in our collections which relate to your congregation, including papers of Irwin Underhill, a former minister of the church. These materials do not circulate..."
